Do you take insurance?

I am in network with several health insurance providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, and United Healthcare. Each insurance plan is different.Please check with your insurance provider on your mental health coverage before scheduling an appointment.

Do you offer both virtual and in-person sessions?

I currently offer only virtual appointments but will have in person availability beginning in the fall.

Do you prescribe medication?

No. Prescribing medication is not in my scope of practice but I am more than happy to provide referrals to psychiatrists who can help you take the next step.

How do I schedule?
